These terms cover your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. They do not replace the terms we give you for any actual repair or service work, which are set out when you book the vehicle in and on your invoice.

The information on this site

The pages here describe the kind of work we do and are meant as general information. We keep them up to date as best we can, but what a particular job involves depends entirely on the vehicle. Nothing on this website is an offer, a fixed price, or a promise about how long a job will take.

Booking requests

A form sent through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed when we have spoken with you and agreed a time. If a date you asked for is not available we will offer you an alternative.

Quotes

Any figure discussed before we have seen the vehicle is an estimate only. The quote that counts is the one we give you after we have inspected the vehicle and which you approve before work starts. If we find something further once work is underway, we stop and speak with you before going any further.

Repairs and servicing

The work itself is covered by the terms we provide at the time of booking and on your invoice, together with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. This website does not set those terms.

Using the site

Please give accurate details when you contact us, so that we can help you properly. Please do not use the site to send unlawful or abusive content, or to interfere with how the site runs for other people.

Content and images

The text, images, logo and layout on this site belong to us or to whoever licensed them to us. Please do not copy or republish them without asking. Vehicle manufacturer names and logos shown on this site belong to those manufacturers and are used only to say which marques we work on.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another website, we do not control it and we are not responsible for what is on it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from relying on general information published on it. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
