Questions we get asked every week

Servicing, quoting, tint laws, insurance claims and what to expect when you book, explained in plain English.

Under Australian Consumer Law you can have logbook servicing carried out by a workshop other than the dealership. What matters is that the service follows the manufacturer schedule, uses appropriate parts and oils, and that the logbook is completed. That is how we carry out logbook servicing. If you have any doubt about your particular vehicle, check the terms in your logbook.
It depends on the vehicle and on what we find once it is up on the hoist. Routine servicing and major repair work are very different jobs, and parts sometimes have to be ordered in. We give you an estimated pickup time when you book it in, and we call you if anything changes that.
Booking ahead secures your preferred day and time. We do keep capacity for urgent jobs, so call us on (08) 6150 8080 and we will fit you in wherever we can.
Always. We inspect the vehicle first, then take you through a breakdown of parts and labour for your approval. If we find something extra once the work is underway, we stop and call you before going any further.
We use genuine or quality OEM equivalent parts depending on the vehicle, the job and your budget. We will explain the options and let you choose before we order anything.
We match the paint to your vehicle paint code and blend into the surrounding panels. Bring the vehicle in and we will look at the damage with you and talk through what the repair involves and what result to expect on your paint.
Bring the vehicle in with your claim details and we will assess the damage and prepare a quote for the repair. How a claim is processed varies between insurers and policies, so check with us and with your insurer about the steps on your particular claim.
In Western Australia, front side windows must allow at least 35% of light through, and rear side and back windows at least 20%. Windscreens may only have a tinted band across the top. Every tint we fit is within WA legal limits.
That depends on the vehicle and how many windows are being done, so we confirm the timing with you when you book. Afterwards the film needs time to cure, and we will tell you how long to leave the windows up for the film we have fitted.

Yes. Our pre purchase inspection covers engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrics and body condition, and we go through what we found with you before you commit to the vehicle. We also carry out roadworthy and safety inspections.
